General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by MesseNoire.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging unused and unmarked. If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay for the return shipping expenses agreed upon via email before return shipment.
Processing of Refunds

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product(s). In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 - 7 business days of our receiving and approving your return.

Calculations of Refunds
Products that meet our returns policy will receive a full refund minus shipping and handling costs. Products that do not meet our returns guidelines will not be accepted and returned to sender. If you return a product that is defective after the package has been opened or is a result of our error, a full refund will still be granted and we will pay for return shipping expenses agreed upon via email before return shipment. If you returned only one product from a multi-product order, you will be refunded only for the product you returned.
